Many login issues are resolved by simple troubleshooting techniques.

Password

Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive. This means they must be entered exactly as they were orignially entered. Be aware of your caps lock, whether your password is upper or lower case will change your password completly. The numbers lock has the same effect. Typing your password out and copy and pasting it into the password field also decreases error. If your password continues to be denied click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link under the sign in fields and your password will be emailed to you. If your password never arrives please call or email customer service.

Username

Your username is always the email address on the account. This is the same address which receives the Daily Email Alerts. Make sure to include the domain name (the @ sign as well as the domain, such as yahoo or gmail, and the domain types, such as .com or .edu). Also, sometimes customers accidentally include spaces before or after the username which will be read as part of the username and therefore deny access to your account. Copying and pasting your email address into the sign in box can bypass such issues.
