As stated in the Terms and Conditions, you must cancel your account before the beginning of the next billing cycle to avoid incurring additional charges upon renewal. There are two ways to cancel your account:

Please give us a call at 1-866-459-8947 during our normal business hours, 9am-5pm EST. Please be prepared to provide your registered email address and we will cancel your account.
Upon cancellation, you will be sent an email confirmation that includes the expiration date of your account. Please hold on to this confirmation. It will be requested if you have any further issues with your account.
